Drill holes into the center of each cork piece

First, tightly clamp the wine cork. Cut each cork into ¼” thick pieces using a Multi-Max. For each napkin ring, you will need 13 cork coins total.

You may need to tie multiple knots on each end to secure the coins

Next, tie a knot at one end of the twine, making the knot thick enough so it will catch the coins and they cannot slide off. Then, thread the twine through the 13 coins and tie another thick knot to secure the coins on the twine. TIP: Depending on the type of twine, you may need to tie multiple knots on each end to secure the coins on the twine.
