Determine the size and the number of the boxes you want

Before you begin your project, Determine the size of the boxes you want & how many. For ours, we made 9 boxes 6" x 6". Then, using the UltraSaw cut MDF for the sides & masonite for the backs.

After allowing to dry for the recommended time remove the clamps
Assemble the box and coat all sides with wood glue and secure with clamps

Next, using wood glue and clamps, assemble your boxes by gluing the side pieces to the masonite back, clamp and allow to dry completely.

Repeat the glue and clamp process to complete your design

Now, you'll want to configure how you would like to assemble your cubbies. Start by laying them out on a flat surface until you get your desired configuration. Then, using wood glue and clamps again, assemble the cubbies and clamp each joint.

After your wall cubbies are securely fastened together, it's time to decorate! Paint or stain them to get the look you want.
