Let's Get Started
To reduce the risk of injury user must read instruction manuals for all tools used in this project. Wear eye and respiratory protection. Use clamps to support work piece whenever practical.
Step 1
Start by cutting the variety of material following the dimensions below with the Dremel Ultra-Saw. Material: 3/4" Sanded Plywood (1) 20" x 24" Material: 1" x 4" Pine Board (2) 25 1/2" (sides) (2) 20" (top & bottom) Material: 1" x 6" Pine Board (4) 25 1/2" (door fronts) Material: 1" height x 2" width Pine Board (4) 10 1/2" length (door slats) Material: 1/4" MDF (1) 9" x 20"
Step 2
Next, assemble the case by drilling 2 pilot holes with the Dremel 8050 in each end of the sides and top & bottom pieces, about 1/4" from the edges. Secure the precut sides to the base of the board, the 20" x 24" pine board with the 1 5/8" screws.
