Start off by tracing the pattern of the speakers on the car dash or door panels. Most car stereo kits come equipped with a template or you can create your own by tracing the inside ridge of the speaker. Next, using the Dremel 400 Series XPR and multipurpose cutter #561 along with cutting guide, carefully cut along the traced outline. Then drill screw starter holes with a slightly smaller bit than the diameter of the screws that will be used to fasten the speaker and faceplate. Polishing Shiny Surfaces On Cars

Cutting an Exhaust Pipe
Spicing up your ride can be as simple as replacing an old rusty tailpipe with a shiny, new one. Begin by making sure there will be enough solid tailpipe remaining after you remove the rusted section to secure your new tailpipe. Next, cut the old rusted tailpipe off, using the Dremel Lithium-Ion Cordless. The #402 Mandrel (SRP $2.99) and the #426 Fiberglass Reinforced Cut- off Wheel (SRP $6.99 per pack) allow you to easily cut through the rusted pipe to remove it. When cutting, hold the Dremel tightly with both hands to ensure exact control. After cutting the pipe, remove any remaining rough edges using the #932 Aluminum Oxide Grinding Stone. Proceed in securing the new tailpipe.
